Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Hours: 45hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
* Liaise with production, maintenance, sales, and purchasing teams to meet material requirements for current and future schedules.
* Develop and implement stock control, handling, and distribution policies to optimize space, labor, and cost efficiency.
* Determine appropriate storage conditions and allocate warehouse space effectively. Conduct regular stock inspections to prevent deterioration or damage.
* Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, and maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
* Prepare and present reports on stock status, expenditure, and operational performance to senior management.

Requirements
o Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
o Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
