Job Overview
This role is critical to maintaining relationships and maximising commercial opportunities between brands.
The Brand Manager plays a key part in ensuring effective working relationships, coordinating commercial and operational preparation for meetings, and driving volume and financial performance.
Main Responsibilities
* Negotiate and deliver performance by managing working relationships and coordinating commercial and operational preparation for both operational and strategic joint meetings.
* Fully understand brands and objectives, creating clearly aligned plans to drive volume and financial performance.
* Identify and implement commercial and operational opportunities, developing viable programmes and initiatives for mutual benefit.
* Measure and monitor performance, including sales performance, and recommend opportunities to hit commercial objectives.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with brand's strategic objectives, e.g. marketing, product and sales teams.
* Develop integrated retention and loyalty strategies for the brand, including processes to maximise financial contract renewals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business/Strategy/Economics/Statistics or related discipline required.
* 5+ years' experience in similar environment, financial or commercial experience.
* Ability to question and challenge business requirements while delivering effective and efficient solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results within pre-defined key performance indicators.
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
