We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Orthopaedic team as an Orthopaedic Practitioner.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for applying and removing casts in different materials, application of specialised splints and braces, some Orthotic devices, wound care/management and patient education.
* This role involves working with patients of all ages referred from various departments within the hospital.
In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You should possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and demonstrate enthusiasm for providing exceptional patient care.
* A British Casting Certificate from the BOA would be beneficial but is not essential. Training can be provided in post if needed. If you work as a Staff Nurse or MSK Physiotherapist we may consider your application even without experience.
