Our client is seeking a qualified Trades Foreperson to manage and coordinate site staff and sub-contractors on large-scale residential projects in Dublin 15.
* Assess work activities, plan resources required, and ensure deadlines are met with correct sequence of works
The successful candidate will have trade/construction-related qualifications, background in residential developments. They should possess a strong sense of ownership/responsibility for tasks/projects within this role;, Salary circa €75k-€80k DOE (depending on experience), performance-related bonus/pension scheme available.
