What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in a hybrid, part-time capacity who excels at leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled in managing multiple projects while driving efficiency and innovation in automation technologies. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution:Lead the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Client & Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction. Risk & Issue Management:Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Process Improvement:Continuously refine project management methodologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align project deliverables with business goals. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all projects align with statutory and regulatory obligations. Performance Tracking:Provide detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries. Qualifications & Experience Education:Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field. Experience:5+ years of project management experience in automation, machine vision, robotics, or related industries. Project Management Tools: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies, and familiarity with project management software. Certification:PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications preferred. Leadership & Communication:Strong ability to coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and present project updates effectively.
