We are seeking a Property Lawyer to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry.
As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for overseeing property transactions, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of property law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.
* Conduct property title searches, identify and resolve issues, and prepare title deeds.
* Advise clients on property law matters, guiding them through the legal process with clarity and professionalism.
* Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other lawyers to coordinate seamless transactions.
* Ensure timely completion of transactions, managing deadlines effectively.
