Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to support our store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Manage daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer experiences.
* Lead and support stylist team members in handling customer queries via email, chat, and calls related to products and orders.
* Collaborate with the customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Overseeing store operations and team deployment, supporting your team with coaching and development.
* Working with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
* Managing people matters such as performance reviews and investigations.
* Creatingsolid floor plans and rotas to set the store up for success each day.
