Key responsibilities:
* Commercial partnership development: Lead discussions with enterprise partners to build sustainable partnerships.
* Growth strategy: Develop plans with partners to grow their business through new locations, business models, or same-location sales.
* Operational excellence: Drive forward operational improvement with partners to deliver the best experience to users.
* Data-driven decision making: Quantify everything using data analysis.
* Process optimization: Use analytical ability and operational difficulty to drive forward partnership KPIs.
* Stakeholder management: Work closely with merchants and restaurant partners on support initiatives.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in account management or a relevant commercial role.
* Executive-level customer-facing experience and a track record of outperforming business goals.
* Strong background in data analysis and sound business judgement.
* Excellent project management skills to develop joint business plans with enterprise partners.
