Box'd Drive Thru is a locally owned Drive Thru Coffee shop with a focus on Irish-roasted coffees, food made with local ingredients and great customer service. Its a fun place to work with a positive vibe and soon to be 4 locations in the Cork area.We are looking for experienced baristas for Immediate start to join our fun and energetic team. This position is FULL-TIME and requires committed, experienced and reliable individuals with a passion for coffee, and an appetite to learn and possess fantastic customer service.Boxd Job Duties:Effectively follow the opening and closing procedures including all cleaning requirementsAdhering to standards sets for product makingAn ability to interact and work in a close knit teamCleaning and maintaining the store and equipment throughout the dayCommunicating with customers, answering all questions they have about products and the storeFollowing procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions and requirement.Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the business in a positive lightCompleting tasks as delegated by a superiorCreate content for company social media platforms, which may include involvement in said contentMay be asked to give some assistance in training new employeesRequirements:Previous experience as barista in café or restaurant.
