About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in Fund Accounting Operations. As a Senior Finance Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing daily NAV production and valuation controls.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead the Fund Accounting Operations organisation strategically aligning with key client objectives;
2. Promote operational excellence across the Fund Accounting lifecycle by driving process improvements;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Product, Technology, Risk, Middle Office and Functional Utility stakeholders;
4. Evaluate complex financial data to identify trends and implement sustainable solutions;
To succeed in this role you must have:
prior experience as a senior finance professional preferably leading large-scale fund accounting operations;
k ey skills include strong leadership abilities; excellent analytical capabilities; ability to interpret data quickly & confidently present results internally & externally ;and knowledge of advanced technologies supporting fund accounting processes (e.g., automation software)
h igh level of expertise within finance discipline especially mutual funds E TFS alternative structures nav production valuation methodologies control environments risk management tools ideally backed up with relevant certifications)
