Warehouse Administrator Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing inventory transactions in an ERP system, with excellent numerical skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position responsible for receiving and verifying incoming materials, including inventory deliveries from other company sites. The successful candidate will also manage receipt of non-inventory kanban materials, packaging, chemicals, and consumables from external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and verify incoming materials, including inventory deliveries from other company sites.
2. Manage receipt of non-inventory kanban materials, packaging, chemicals, and consumables from external vendors.
3. Enter receipt information into company ERP and inventory management system.
4. Prepare, label, and verify products for shipping to customers.
5. Coordinate with internal planning team to meet weekly shipment targets.
6. Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy between AX2012 system records and physical inventory.
7. Collaborate with internal sales to resolve receiving, shipping, inventory, or documentation issues affecting customer service.
8. Coordinate with freight services for efficient and cost-effective product transportation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Strong numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Previous experience managing inventory transactions in an ERP system.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
