Do you have a passion for delivering fantastic service and consistently high standards?
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter will play a pivotal role in delivering on customer expectations.
Requirements:
* To carry out the kitchen standard operating procedures to the correct standard;
* Ensure the highest quality of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen and back of house areas;
* To remove all refuse from the kitchen and dispose of it in line with agreed procedures;
* To store all crockery, glassware and cutlery in accordance with departmental standards;
* To keep the pot wash area in a clean and organised manner ensuring that all pots, pans, etc. are stored in accordance with departmental standards;
* To ensure all duties are completed prior to going off duty;
* To follow the agreed HACCP standards as trained;
The Person:
* Previous experience in a busy hotel kitchen
* Have basic English
* Be hardworking
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be flexible to work with various shifts
* Team player
