We are seeking a hands-on professional to lead the technical engineering and site management aspects of our residential development project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the technical engineering elements and day-to-day site operations, combining setting-out, coordination, and operational oversight. Key responsibilities include:
* Carry out all setting-out and engineering duties for the project
* Coordinate, supervise, and support subcontractors daily
