Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Construction Law Solicitor to join a growing team in Dublin. This role is with a long-established specialist construction law department within an international law practice focused on this lucrative field. The successful candidate will work on both contentious and non-contentious matters involving major international and domestic contractors with high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Advising on claims against employers, contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors.
* Litigation and arbitration in Ireland and internationally.
* ADR, including conciliation and mediation.
* Expertise in standard form construction contracts.
* Instructing experts and counsel.
* Business development and client relationship management.
* Understanding procurement routes, main contracts, sub-contracts, and ancillary documentation.
* Advising on international projects, especially in the UK (preferred but not essential).
