Learning and Development Expert Opportunity
This position is for a Learning and Development Senior Specialist to design, implement, and optimize training programs and systems for our site.
Responsibilities include:
* Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with L&D Lead, Global L&D Contact, managers, and subject matter experts
* Designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees
* Supporting managers and individuals by providing information and advice to promote a high-performing organization
* Leading the day-to-day operation of the learning management system in compliance with site procedures
* Providing guidance for the design of training programs and assisting in the evaluation of training activities
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience working in a GMP environment.
Project Management experience (preferable).
Knowledge of Digital Planning Systems.
