Arts & Culture Recruitment Specialist
The organisation is growing, and they are seeking a recruitment specialist to assist with temporary recruitment activities across the whole operation.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role and be open to working on a flexible basis. The role requires the ability to screen, assess, interview coordinate, manage candidates metrics report compliance as part of an end-to-end recruitment process.
In order to excel in this position, you must have prior expertise as well as excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels within the company.
* Assist with various stages of the recruitment process including initial screening candidate interviews assistance preparing case files relating to active job openings internal promotions promoting fairness equality throughout processes handled daily intake reports compiling relevant employment statistics etc.
