As a highly skilled Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our educational project.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
To achieve this, you will work closely with the project team to review design information, undertake gap analyses, and monitor the flow of M&E design information.
Additionally, you will manage the submission and approval process for all M&E technical equipment and designs, guaranteeing compliance with statutory, regulatory, client, and company requirements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale construction and engineering projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and utilizing cutting-edge technology.
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on-site with a large-scale construction or engineering organization, holding a degree qualification or higher and possessing a background in M&E.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to use productivity tools effectively.
