Job Title: Centre Manager (Person in Charge)
A centre manager is required for a residential service supporting children and young people in Co. Laois.
This fixed-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential centre.
* Maintain governance, compliance, and quality standards in line with HIQA and company policies.
* Provide leadership and supervision to staff, fostering a safe and positive environment for residents and team members.
* Manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality care and support.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements:
* A Social Care Qualification (Level 7 or higher).
* Proven experience in a social care management or leadership role, ideally within children's residential services.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, HIQA standards, and best practice in social care.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
