We are seeking an experienced Programme Facilitator to join our team at the Blenerville Resource Centre in Tralee, Co Kerry. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and supporting independent living and community integration for service users.

Job Purpose
">
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver person-centred programmes that meet the needs of service users, as identified through Person Centred Planning. This will involve working closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to understand their goals and aspirations and creating programmes that support them in achieving these.
">
Key Responsibilities
">
* Develop and deliver person-centred programmes to meet the needs of service users
* Be a key worker to service users, facilitating the Person Centred Planning process
* Support individuals and groups in accessing their community to meet identified needs
* Observe all rules and regulations of the service, ensuring adherence to relevant administrative rules, policies, and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
">
* A minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Good knowledge of New Directions and community-based programmes
* Knowledge and understanding of intellectual disabilities and mental health issues
* 1 year minimum experience of working in a relevant setting, with experience of facilitating and implementing person-centred plans
* A valid driver's licence
