Electrical QA/QC | Pharmaceutical | East Cork
We are currently seeking an
Electrical QA/QC Engineer
to join a major pharmaceutical project based in
East Cork
. This role is ideal for a
trade-qualified electrician or electrical engineer
with experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute
Electrical QA/QC activities
in line with project specifications and GMP requirements
* Review, compile, and approve
handover documentation and handover packs
* Support
system walkdowns
, punch listing, and system acceptance
* Define and manage
systems and system boundaries
in coordination with commissioning and construction teams
* Ensure all electrical installations meet
pharmaceutical standards, drawings, and specifications
* Liaise with contractors, engineers, and client representatives to resolve quality issues
* Maintain accurate QA/QC records and reports throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
* Trade-qualified Electrician
or
Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
* Minimum
2 years' experience
working on
pharmaceutical or life sciences projects
* Strong understanding of
GMP environments
and regulated construction
* Proven experience with
handover packs, system completion, and system boundaries
* Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
Desirable
* Previous experience on large-scale pharmaceutical construction or upgrade projects
* Familiarity with commissioning and qualification processes
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
