The Practice
A well-established and progressive GP practice in Cork City is seeking a Private GP Partner to join the practice on a long‑term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated GP who wishes not only to enter partnership, but also to play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will initially join as a Private Partner, with a clear and structured transition plan in place:
Up to 1,000 GMS patients to transfer to the incoming partner once their own GMS list number is obtained
A total of approximately 1,500 patients to be transferred over time
Significant scope to drive the practice forward, contributing to clinical, operational and strategic development
Strong existing patient demand with opportunities for continued growth
Well‑supported clinical environment with experienced nursing and administrative staff
Modern, well‑equipped premises

Candidate Requirements
Registered on the Irish Medical Council Specialist Division
Eligible to obtain or already hold a GMS list number
