My client is currently seeking dynamic, customer-focused Insurance Advisors with APA or CIP qualifications to join our team in Galway. Whether your experience lies within a broker or an insurer setting, we welcome your expertise to help us continue delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and support to customers across personal and/or commercial lines.
* Process new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims queries.
* Ensure all compliance, regulatory and company standards are met.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Liaise with underwriters and third-party providers to secure best-in-class solutions.
* Keep up to date with market developments and emerging insurance products.
Requirements:
* 1+ years’ experience in an insurance advisory or sales role (broker or insurer).
* Strong working knowledge of insurance products and regulatory standards in Ireland.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage customer expectations and deliver solutions.
* Proficient in using industry software and MS Office suite.
