The Role
* Provide litigation support within the
Healthcare team
, assisting with case management and documentation
* Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and court filings
* Assist with legal research, summarising case law, and preparing reports
* Maintain case files, ensure proper document organisation, and manage client records
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
* Manage deadlines, track billing, and assist with time recording
* Support the team with general administrative and case management duties
The Person
* Minimum 2 years' experience
as a
Legal Executive
in a busy law firm, preferably in
litigation
* Strong knowledge of
litigation procedures
and case management
* Excellent drafting, organisational, and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
