***Sous Chef Required***
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Chef to join a team of chefs and kitchen operatives to deliver a high volume of quality and freshly made school meals. This is a position for 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, at a competitive starting salary. It is an excellent opportunity for a Chef to achieve a work life balance as we have some time off during the summer months and school holidays.
Role involves:
· Working in a busy kitchen that involves high volumes of meals, to ensure standards are maintained with excellent attention to detail.
· Working well with others as part of a team to prep food for in a busy environment that encourages team mentality.
· Adherring to and ensuring records are up to date in line with HACCP, Food Safety Regulations and allergen information ·
· Supporting head chef to deliver high productivity and quality control in a fast paced hot kitchen environment that serve high volumes daily.
Requirements:
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a busy environment.
· Full working knowledge of HACCP.
· Good standard and comprehension of English.
· Full working rights in Ireland.
