About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Leader to head our organisation, providing strategic direction and operational oversight. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving services, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:

A key priority will be overseeing the opening of new refuges in Dublin, expanding our capacity and impact.

Key Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership position.
* A proven track record of delivering strategic goals on time and within budget.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Experience meeting governance and legal obligations.

Location and Working Hours
The role is based in Dublin 15, with on-site working required for 5 days per week. Travel is expected between different refuges around Dublin.
