Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Sales Executive – MooMonitor+Job Type: Full TimeLocation: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to lead and grow sales of the MooMonitor+ system. This role focuses on expanding market presence, generating new business, and strengthening relationships with dairy farmers, distributors, and industry partners. The ideal candidate will have strong agricultural knowledge, with a particularly deep understanding of dairy cow health, fertility, and breeding management, alongside excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building long-term customer value. Experience working hands‑on with cows is highly desirable. This role is primarily field‑based and will involve regular travel within assigned regions. Occasional international travel may also be required for distributor visits, training, events, or strategic market development.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of the MooMonitor+ system across assigned regions and customer segments.Identify new business opportunities within dairy farms, cooperatives, and technology partners.Manage and grow a dynamic sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing the deal.Conduct on‑farm product demonstrations and customer consultations.Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Maintain regular contact with farms to understand herd management needs and propose MooMonitor+ solutions.Provide clear product guidance and support during evaluation and decision‑making.Work closely with customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.Stay informed on market trends, competitor solutions, and technological advancements in dairy herd monitoring.Communicate customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.Represent the brand at agricultural shows, events, and demonstrations.Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Provide regular sales forecasting, activity reports, and performance updates.Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales policies.Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:Proven track record in sales, ideally in agriculture, agtech, or related equipment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to explain technical products in a clear, practical manner.Comfortable working on farms and engaging directly with farmers.Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.Strong background in dairy cow health, fertility, and breeding, with the ability to discuss herd reproductive performance confidently with farmers.Experience selling herd‑management technology, sensors, or farm automation products.Knowledge of dairy farm operations, fertility monitoring, and livestock management.Previous hands‑on experience working with cows, particularly in roles involving breeding, fertility, or herd health.Familiarity with CRM systems.Self‑starter with strong initiative and drive.Customer‑focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.Positive attitude and commitment to building long‑term customer value.Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.An attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate.
