As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Controller to join our team at our Head Office in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Financial Controller will oversee all areas of financial management, reporting, and compliance. You'll lead a small finance team, ensure strong governance, and provide financial insights to support growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate monthly and annual management accounts in line with FRS 102 / Irish GAAP
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Manage cash flow, payroll, AP/AR, and banking relationships
* Ensure full tax and regulatory compliance (PAYE, Corporation Tax, etc.)
* Lead the annual audit and maintain robust internal controls
* Provide strategic financial insight to the Managing Director and senior leadership team
* Support the ongoing growth and development of the company through sound financial management
About You
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA Ireland)
* Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in finance or accounting
* Strong understanding of FRS 102 / Irish GAAP and Irish tax compliance
* Proficient in Xero, Sage, or similar accounting systems
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach and commercial mindset
