About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Project Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about process improvement and has a proven track record in driving change initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evaluation and overhaul of AR processes, implementing change initiatives across teams and systems, and working with stakeholders to improve AR systems.
This is a pivotal role that requires strong analytical abilities, leadership, and expertise in change management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, and at least 5-10 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit/collections, with a focus on restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Redesign: Lead the evaluation and overhaul of AR processes.
* Change Management: Implement change initiatives across teams and systems.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to improve AR systems.
* KPI Development: Create and monitor AR KPIs and reporting metrics.
* Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
* Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the AR team.
Requirements:
