Role: Creator Travel Manager
About Junto -
At Junto, we believe travel isn't just about where you go, it's about who you go with.
Junto is a platform built to make group travel easier, better, and more meaningful. We help people organise trips together, discover curated group experiences, and increasingly, travel alongside creators and community leaders they already trust.
A core focus of Junto is community-led travel, enabling creators (and community leaders) to host trips for their audiences, while we provide the infrastructure, travel expertise, and partner relationships that turn ideas into exceptional real-world experiences.
The Role
We're looking for a Creator Travel Manager to own the creator journey once interest has been established.
This role sits at the centre of Junto's creator-led travel model. You'll work directly with creators and community leaders after they've come into the funnel, helping them shape, design, and launch high-quality group trips — while coordinating closely with our destination partners, DMCs, and tour operators.
You are the trusted point of contact who:
* Makes creators feel supported and confident
* Ensures trips are well-designed, viable, and bookable
* Keeps partners aligned, informed, and moving efficiently
This is a people-first role with a strong operational backbone.
What You'll Do:
Creator Experience & Success
* Act as the primary point of contact for creators post-sign-up
* Help creators shape and refine trip concepts (destination, theme, itinerary, pricing)
* Guide creators through timelines, expectations, and launch readiness
* Build long-term relationships with creators hosting repeat trips
Trip Design & Travel Expertise
* Work with DMCs, tour operators, and suppliers to build complete group travel packages
* Review itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and feasibility
* Ensure trips are commercially sound and operationally realistic
* Identify risks early and help resolve issues before they escalate
Partner Coordination
* Liaise directly with travel partners to brief, iterate, and finalise trip proposals
* Translate creator ideas into clear, structured partner requirements
* Maintain quality, safety, and service standards across all trips
* Keep timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track
Internal Collaboration
* Take clean handovers from sales / partnerships
* Feed insights back into playbooks, pricing, and repeatable trip formats
* Help improve how Junto designs and launches trips over time
Who You Are
You're likely someone who has spent 5+ years working in the travel industry, ideally within:
* Group travel
* Tour operations
* DMCs
* Travel agencies handling complex itineraries
You:
* Understand how trips are built, priced, and delivered
* Are confident working directly with suppliers and partners
* Are comfortable dealing with creators, founders, and community leaders
* Balance creativity with structure and commercial awareness
* Are organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years experience in the travel industry
* Strong understanding of group travel logistics and operations
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, feasibility)
* Ability to manage multiple trips at different stages simultaneously
Why This Role Is Interesting
* You'll help build the future of community-led travel
* You'll work with inspiring creators and engaged communities
* You'll play a key role in shaping how Junto scales
* There's clear progression into leadership, partnerships, or product as we grow
