**Job Title:** Area Sales Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing and increasing sales in the designated area. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will oversee the management and development of sales teams within the region.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing existing business and generating new revenue streams to meet quarterly targets
* Ensuring accurate stock reconciliation from delivery to sales, maintaining proper accounting at all times
* Effective team management, covering holidays, absenteeism, and other personnel issues
* Maintaining company fleet vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs
* Reporting operational matters to regional and company management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales-based role
* Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills
* Clean driving license (Irish or European)
* Proven track record of ownership and accountability
* Ability to participate in sales strategy discussions and work collaboratively as part of a team
