The ideal candidate lives and breathes social — someone who is actively engaged online, understands trends, platforms, and best practices, and genuinely enjoys the craft.You do not need decades of experience, but you must have 2–3 years of hands-on social media management, including running campaigns, paid advertising, reporting, and content planning.This role suits someone who is energetic, creative, data-aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency.
