About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Client Support Executive, providing exceptional support to corporate and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client account management or communications, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting corporate and commercial clients with their needs and planning client events and launches
* Demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers and resolving queries/issues from the existing client base
* Supporting communications campaigns and analysing competitor/market activities
Requirements
* 3rd level degree qualified in marketing, business studies or a related discipline
* 2-3+ years experience in a similar client account management or communications focused role
* Proficient in MS Office and office management software
