Inventory Optimization Lead position available in County Westmeath. This exciting role involves overseeing material investment strategies and managing inventory-related risks. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing inventory performance metrics.
* Championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory efficiency.
* Implementing and refining inventory strategies for new and existing products.
This full-time, permanent position is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 7+ years' experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or procurement in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Required qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) and a minimum of 7+ years' experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or procurement in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in data visualization, executive-level reporting, and stakeholder influence.
* Proficiency with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems—especially Oracle, ASCP, or SAP.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Master's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
* Certification from APICS (CPIM) or an equivalent professional planning body.
