About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical leader to support our senior leadership team in the day-to-day management of a newly refurbished nursing home.
The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a key role in supporting our Director of Nursing with organisation, management, and operation of the nursing home. You will help maintain excellent standards of care ensuring regulatory compliance. In absence from Director you will take on responsibility for overall service management as per legislative requirements.
