The Role We are appointing a Person in Charge (PIC),based in Galway County (positions available in Galway city and Tuam/Mountbellew).
This is a leadership role with full responsibility for compliance, people, quality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Overall governance and day-to-day management of the designated centre Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations and the Health Act **** Lead, support and motivate multidisciplinary staff teams Deliver high-quality, person-centred supports in a home-from-home environment Manage staffing, rosters and budgets in line with approved plans Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years management experience in health or social care Level 7+ qualification (Social Care, Nursing or Health-related discipline) NMBI registration (for nursing candidates) Recognised management qualification All applications, inquiries, and correspondence must be directed exclusively to Macro Recruitment Ltd.
