This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with experience in working within the legal services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

* Perform high-level administrative duties, including diary management and appointment scheduling to ensure effective time management.
* Respond to enquiries from various channels, organise travel arrangements, and act as main point of contact for office functions and activities.
* Create, amend, and format complex legal documents and templates to support solicitors and partners.
* Provide administrative support to solicitors and partners in various areas under their remit.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven knowledge of legal procedures and protocols.
* Ability to work in a highly confidential environment with continuous deadlines.
