We are seeking applications for the role of Operational Support Specialist within our POP Project team. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT, cross-functional teams, and sales teams to implement efficient ordering processes for our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Train stores effectively on new ordering modules and technology.
2. Onboard and transition stores from existing ordering systems to new technologies and processes.
3. Support further development of the POP programme through in-store testing and feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience with retail rollouts as part of a cross-functional team.
* Understanding of in-store operational processes.
* Excellent relationship management skills to engage with retailers and wider Musgrave teams.
* Commercial acumen.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and project planning tools.
* Full driver’s license.
This is a 12-month contract.
