Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

Working Model: Fully Remote (occasional Dublin meetings required)
Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Insurance division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and play a key part in supporting the growth of our established Insurance desk.
This is a hybrid role combining recruitment support with general business assistance. It will suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, and is keen to develop a career in recruitment. The position offers a clear pathway to progress to a Recruitment Consultant role, where you will manage your own workflow and client base.
Your Role
* Source CVs and screen candidates for active roles
* Write engaging job specifications and advertisements
* Coordinate candidate interviews and take meeting notes
* Assist with client communication via email and phone
* Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director including scheduling, follow-ups and reporting
* Help maintain and update our CRM system
* Prepare candidate briefing notes and support documents
* Attend client and team meetings in Dublin as required
Your Skills
* A background in sales or Insurance is highly desirable
* Comfortable engaging with candidates and clients both over the phone and via email
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
* A degree is advantageous but not essential
