* Provide high-quality social care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop a supportive and inclusive work environment.
* Engage residents in activities promoting their connection to family and friends, such as social events and outings.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare, or a relevant discipline.
* Experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings with people with intellectual disabilities.
* CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.
