Senior Project Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €85,000 - 95,000
A rapidly growing technology company working at the intersection of AI, data, and legal operations is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex delivery programs for multinational clients. The organisation builds tools that enable legal and compliance teams to work faster, operate more accurately, and deliver more strategic value.
Responsibilities
1. Manage large, multi-stage programs from initial scoping through deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
2. Work directly with client stakeholders to understand their operational goals and translate them into clear technical and delivery requirements.
3. Coordinate contributions from engineering, product, sales, and legal delivery teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
4. Shape delivery plans and solution approaches that balance technical feasibility, client constraints, and organisational priorities.
5. Monitor progress across teams, resolve issues proactively, and adjust plans where needed to maintain momentum and stability.
6. Provide structure, guidance, and support to teams of legal professionals and analysts delivering work within client programs.
7. Identify risks early and put practical mitigation strategies in place.
8. Contribute to improving internal workflows, delivery methodologies, and tooling as the organisation scales.
Requirements
9. Degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related discipline (Master's beneficial).
10. 7+ years of experience managing technical or product-focused projects in a software, AI, or data-driven environment.
11. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
12. Demonstrated experience delivering solutions into large enterprise environments and managing senior client relationships.
13. Comfortable using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches pragmatically.
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
15. Exposure to legal operations or compliance workflows is helpful but not required.
