We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our communications team and execute our strategic vision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operational leadership, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives. They will oversee execution of internal and external communications initiatives, manage content pipelines, and develop key messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Lead the execution of internal and external communications initiatives.
* Strategic Initiatives: Oversee execution of communications with regard to key strategic programs in areas such as talent management, real estate, client experience, and go-to-market strategies.
* Content Management: Manage the content pipeline, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications outputs.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented.
* Team Management: Provide line management and mentorship to the communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record of managing communications teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of internal communications, media relations, and public affairs.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
