We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Description
This role will be based in a 4-star hotel in Limerick City and will involve working closely with the General Manager and HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations.
* Oversee daily HR administration, ensuring accurate records and compliance with relevant legislation;
* Support Heads of Department with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management;
* Foster strong employee engagement through effective communication and HR initiatives;
* Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures;
* Coordinate statutory training, monitor attendance, and assist with weekly payroll submission.
Required Skills & Qualifications

umber Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR role;
umber Strong knowledge of Irish employment law;
