Parts Coordinator Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining stock levels through efficient processing of parts, deliveries, orders and returns
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions with aftersales customers
* Delivering products to trade customers
* Resolving customer queries promptly
* Organizing daily parts deliveries
* Fostering the sale of accessories
* Securing orders from existing and prospective customers
* Performing general warehouse duties
Main Job Duties:
* Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely management of stock levels including ordering, receiving, storing and issuing parts.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers via phone and in-person interactions. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Delivery and Logistics: Organize and coordinate the delivery of products to trade customers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
* General Warehouse Duties: Perform various tasks within the warehouse including restocking shelves, cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment.
