As the Sales & Service Associate, you'll be the first port of call for our residents and visitors and use your customer service experience to handle any queries with empathy and professionalism.
Not only that, you will play a key role in our sales and marketing plans, keep our student database up to date and use your creative ideas to organise loads of fun and inclusive student events for our residents - there will be lots to keep you busy!
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do:
Provide a friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residencesProvide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents (e.g.
power and water outages, fire alarm evacuations etc.
), resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessaryGet involved in sales and marketing activity in order to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilised to their full potentialFollow and implement all our operating proceduresEnsure that the safety and welfare of all our residents is always maintainedOrganise and communicate social events for residentsAlong with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc.

QualificationsHere's what you'll need:
Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levelsBe super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with peopleAbility to be proactive with strong problem-solving skillsBe really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once (metaphorical plates!
)Good working knowledge of MS packagesResilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awarenessPreferred:
