Our client is now looking for a permanent HR Generalist to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and organisational culture.
Your new role In this role your responsibilities include managing HR operations such as employee queries, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR systems, and overseeing the induction process.
Additionally, tasks involve recruitment activities like posting job descriptions, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
What you'll need to succeed You will have 2 to 3 years of HR experience.
You will have strong administrative skills to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
