Job Description:
A leading specialist equipment manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in this type of position. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the most efficient and cost-effective production methods required to manufacture major sub-components and final assembly of machines.
The role involves working closely with various departments including production, engineering and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include:
* Plan, coordinate and implement optimal production processes
* Coodinate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
* Implement best practice standard work on shop floor to improve safety, quality and efficiency
