We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Advisor to join our team in Mullingar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor, guiding them to appropriate self-service options, handling basic queries and complaints, and identifying sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
* Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor - enquire about their needs
* Guide customers to mobile app, internet banking and kiosks - direct to Teller/Customer Service if required
* Handle basic queries and complaints - direct to senior staff as required
* Engage with customers using iPads - update customer information and sales needs
* Identify sales opportunities - hand over to suitable staff as required
* Cash handling - process and manage cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required
Requirements
* Customer service experience - high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of its importance
* Resilient and hard-working - busy work environment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills - ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to adapt to new technologies - use digital platforms to enable customers to self-serve
