* Deliver outstanding patient care and support staff members
* Assist with front-of-shop operations and implement best practices for customer satisfaction

* Participate in staff training and development events to enhance skills
* Provide excellent customer service, advising on safe use of medicines and pharmacy products under Pharmacist supervision
* Manage stock, product analysis, and merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase margin

* Perform till duties and run promotions as needed to meet sales targets
