The ideal candidate for this position possesses:
* Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (professional qualifications preferred)
* 10+ years of senior procurement and category management experience in global, complex environments
* Strong background in CPG, manufacturing, or food & beverage industries (highly desirable)
Key responsibilities as Global Procurement Director include:
* Managing and mentoring a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and career development
* Serving as a senior procurement leader, managing strategic sourcing and category management activities across a critical portfolio
* Developing and implementing multi-year global category strategies aligned with corporate objectives
* Influencing stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and BU Procurement to gain alignment on key sourcing strategies
* Building long-term supplier partnerships focused on innovation, performance, and environmental/social responsibility goals
