At ERS IT Solutions, we are now looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Level 2 Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 and related systems, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Specifically, you will resolve escalated issues passed from Level 1 support, maintaining and administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, while ensuring reliability and performance across all platforms.
At the same time, you will also manage user accounts and permissions via Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory, supporting both desktop and mobile configurations to maintain a secure, efficient, and well-managed IT environment.
Additionally, you will:
* Identify, scope, and implement project works for our customers
* Monitor and resolve system alerts
* Work with internal teams to ensure compliance and performance
* Document solutions and procedures in the knowledge base
* Contribute to root cause analysis and service improvements
About You
To be considered as our Level 2 Support Engineer, you will need:
* At least three years' experience in IT support, including one year in a Level 2 role
* Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
* Experience with basic configuration and management of firewalls
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and administration
* Familiarity with SharePoint site management and Teams configuration
* A good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* A full, clean Irish/EU driving licence (cat. B)
